The current terms and conditions page serves as an agreement and, pursuant to Article 10 of the Civil Code of the Islamic Republic of Iran, is considered a legally binding and enforceable contract. All users and individuals who utilize any services provided by RayganKadeh in any manner or through any means are subject to this agreement and are obligated to comply with its provisions.

Preface: Clarification

Every year, numerous platforms are created to offer free and affordable services, aiming to provide free and low-cost content to their audiences. Their revenue models often include offering others’ products at reduced prices or for free, as well as generating income through advertisements displayed on their websites and other platforms.

Platforms like Soft 98, PC Download, Yas Download, Mihan Download, SoftGozar, and Download Land publish content and foreign software (in cracked versions) or sell their licenses on a shared basis. Do these practices not fall under copyright laws?

Platforms like Zhaket, Rastechin, Mihan WordPress, and Novin WordPress sell themes and plugins released by reputable websites like Envato at significantly lower prices and receive awards from the Iran Web Festival for their business ventures. Did the developers of these WordPress themes and plugins not put effort into creating their products? It should be noted that most of the products released by these platforms are locked, their file integrity cannot be verified, and this practice is entirely against the rules of international marketplaces for selling WordPress themes and plugins.

Websites like Filmkyu, Namava, Roz Film, Cinema, and Filimo also distribute foreign films and series for free or with a monthly subscription, where the only addition to the films and series is dubbing or subtitles. The distribution rights for films and series belong to the production companies, and this is also against copyright laws.

Since its inception, RayganKadeh has had one goal: to offer content and educational courses from various platforms for free or via shared purchases, provided that users purchase the product from the original site. While RayganKadeh , like the other mentioned platforms, operates contrary to copyright laws, it asks its users to support the creators by purchasing the product from the original site after viewing the offered content, whether free or shared.
